You can instantly increase the weight by 10 lbs with just two flips, or add the included 2.5 lb micro-adjustment plates to each side for a 5 lb increase, or just one for a 2.5 lb increase. The safe locking technology, Lock-N-Load steel switches, secure the plates without the need for complicated internal gearing. The manufacturer offers a lifetime warranty on these products, covering defects in material, functionality, and workmanship for the life of the product.
